All Fashioneer’d items are unisex fit and true to size unless noted otherwise.
Unisex fit offers customers a comfortable, cozy fit. We ask men and women order their normal size.

All items not listed as pre-order are in stock and ready to ship. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Made to order items, such as t-shirts ship within 2 weeks.
Custom manufactured items can take up to 45 days depending on the item. Duration will be discussed with client.

We specialize in creating high-quality custom garments, with a focus on craftsmanship and customer collaboration. To begin, customers must complete our inquiry form to help us understand their vision and needs.
For all custom jacket orders, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the design process. This deposit ensures your spot in our production queue and allows us to begin developing your personalized concept. This deposit only covers two revisions.
The design process typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and customer responsiveness. Once designs are finalized and approved, production takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks.

Customers are offered two delivery options at check out. Customer pick up & priority mail shipping.
CUSTOMER PICK-UP is a free service. You will receive a notification via text that your order is ready for pick up. You then have a 7-day window to come pick up your order. Upon pick up, the shipping fee will be refunded to you. If your order remains on the 8th day we will proceed with shipping it to the provided shipping address.
USPS MAIL is a 1-3 day shipping service. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number notifying you that your order is now in route to you. Insurance included is $100.
USPS EXPRESS is a NEXT day shipping service. Orders must be placed by noon for next day shipping service.
If a package is not deliverable and returned to us the customer is responsible to re-pay shipping costs.
Thee Fashioneer, LLC is not to be held responsible for any lost/stolen packages or potential mail carrier delay/issues.
Payment, Refund, and Chargeback Policy
1. Non-Refundable Consultation Fee
1.1 A Non-Refundable Consultation fee is required to initiate the design process, and it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including client cancellation or disputes, since design services are rendered upon payment.
1.1.2 The consultation fee covers consultation calls (as requested by client) and the initial mockup ONLY, time, expertise, and initial concept development; any advanced or complex graphic design works will incur additional charges, disclosed to the client before the work begins.
1.1.3 Final Approval. Submission of the consultation fee constitutes your acknowledgment that all specifications are correct and that you authorize production on your design concept and mockup to begin based on the provided specifications.
2. Custom Design and Production Process
2.1 General Policy
2.1.1 Measurement Accuracy. You are solely responsible for knowing their measurements, consulting the provided size chart, and providing accurate sizing based on known measurements. It is advised that you size up if true measurements are unknown. We rely entirely on the measurements you provide to create custom garments. Clients should review sizing, design details, and mockups carefully before giving final approval. Under certain circumstances a mandatory sample may be required to assess a true fit. Clients will be solely responsible for the cost of any required sample.
2.1.2 Design Confirmation. Before production begins, you will receive a design confirmation outlining all specifications of your custom order. The Fashioneer, LLC, collaborates closely with each client to develop and approve a design before production. You must review and approve this confirmation within five (5) business days. Bulk Orders Only - Clients will be provided with a production sheet outlining all names, sizes, and customized artwork. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and verify spelling, sizes, and all other details on the Production Sheet and on Mock Up prior to production.
2.1.3 Design Modifications. A request to modify an order after confirmation must be submitted in writing and are approved at the sole discretion of the Fashioneer, LLC. Client will be notified if your request is denied and the reason for the denial. Modifications to the design after your approval may result in additional charges and extended production timelines. If we anticipate a delay in production that will extend beyond our initial estimated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to consent to the delay.
2.1.4 Final Approval. Your approval of the design confirmation constitutes your acknowledgment that custom specifications are correct and that you authorize production to begin based on these specifications. Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will send an initial order acknowledgment to the email address you provided. All payments are considered FINAL.
3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancelations
3.1 All Sales are final (Strict No Refund Policy Statement)
3.1.1 No returns or Refunds. We maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy for all custom clothing items.
3.1.2 Acknowledgement. By placing an order and submitting payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-return policy. During the checkout process, you must affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy by checking the designated box.
3.2.1 Cancellation Window. Orders must be canceled before production begins. You must submit a written cancellation request to our customer service email address. If we receive and confirm cancellation before production, you will receive a 50% refund on your payment
3.3 Manufacturing Defect Exceptions. Because all items are custom-made, slight variations and imperfections may occur as a natural part of the manufacturing process. These variations are not considered defects and are an assumed risk of purchasing custom or manufactured clothing.
A “defect” is limited to:
Major structural flaws that significantly impair the intended wear or function of the garment (e.g., large tears, non-wearable construction, or incorrect garment delivered that does not match the confirmed order specifications).
Errors that materially deviate from the approved order details, such as size, style, or design specifications expressly confirmed at the time of purchase.
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund, replacement, or repair:
Minor loose threads
Slight stitching inconsistencies
Minimal fabric variations
Small marks that can be removed through standard garment care
Minor sizing variations within industry tolerances
Variations in color, texture, or pattern placement due to fabric dye lots, lighting, or screen display differences
Slight asymmetry or handmade variations
These minor imperfections are inherent to custom and manufactured clothing and do not affect the overall wearability or functionality of the garment.
All garments must be inspected immediately upon receipt. All claims of defect must be submitted via email in writing within two (2) days of delivery and include clear photographs and a description of the alleged defect. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance of the garment as delivered. If a manufacturing defect claim is filed, verified and approved within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost to you.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
4.1 Chargeback Contestation Procedures
4.1.1 Chargeback Policy. We contest all chargebacks related to customer clothing orders. By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for customer products that conform to specifications.
4.1.2 Clients are required to communicate directly with Thee Fashioneer, LLC to resolve any issues and by placing an order, agree to not initiate a dispute with the bank or credit provider.
4.1.3 Submitting a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback constitutes a material breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to pursue reimbursement for chargeback fees, collections costs, and attorney fees incurred in recovering disputed amounts.
4.1.4 Unauthorized chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future purchasing privileges.
5. Transparency and Disclaimers
We reserve the right to modify this Payment, Refund, and Chargeback Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted at https://www.theefashioneer.com/faq with the effective date noted above. Your continued use of our services and payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.
6. Pricing and Timelines
6.1 Estimated Completion. Production timelines may vary based on order complexity, current production volume, and material availability. Time limits provided are only estimates.
6.1.1 Production Updates. We will provide reasonable updates on production status upon request.
7. Additional Customer Guidance
7.1 Professional Measurement Recommendations. For optimal results, we recommend having measurements taken by a professional tailor.
7.2 No alteration provided. We do not offer alterations or adjustments to completed garments regardless of fit issues.
7.3 Fit Responsibility. Fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds or free alterations.
7.4 Production & Manufacturing Delays. At times, Thee Fashioneer, LLC works closely with third-party manufacturers and production partners to fulfill custom and made-to-order items. While all reasonable efforts are made to meet stated production timelines, Thee Fashioneer, LLC is not liable for delays caused by manufacturing issues, supply chain disruptions, material shortages, labor interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Production timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Manufacturing delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once production has commenced. In the event of a significant production delay, Thee Fashioneer, LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide updated timelines, alternative solutions, or store credit, but is under no obligation to issue refunds for delays attributable to the manufacturing process.
7.5 Shipping, Carrier Delays & Lost Packages. Thee Fashioneer, LLC is not responsible for delays, missed delivery dates, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by third-party shipping carriers, including but not limited to mail carrier delays, routing errors, theft after delivery, or carrier operational disruptions. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, all delivery timelines are estimates only and are outside of Thee Fashioneer, LLC’s control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund, chargeback, or cancellation. In the event a package is marked as lost or undelivered within the carrier’s network, Thee Fashioneer, LLC requires a waiting period of 5 business days from the last carrier scan or estimated delivery date before initiating an insurance claim or replacement process, as packages frequently reappear within the carrier system during this timeframe. Only after the applicable waiting period has elapsed and a carrier investigation or insurance claim has been formally initiated will Thee Fashioneer, LLC, at its sole discretion, consider reproduction or replacement of the item, subject to availability and verification. Refunds will not be issued for carrier-related issues where replacement is available.
By completing a purchase with Thee Fashioneer, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with custom garment production and agree that minor imperfections do not constitute a basis for dispute, chargeback, or refund.
By completing a purchase, Clients acknowledge and agree that shipping delays, carrier errors, and production delays as outlined above are assumed risks inherent in custom and manufactured goods and do not justify chargebacks or payment disputes.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Payment, Refund, and Chargeback Policy.
